Change Futures is a registered charity offering mental health services to vulnerable and marginalised members of the community. This includes providing mental health services to older people living in residential aged care; mental health services to ATSI children and adults; people with a disability; children and adults who have experienced trauma. We provide services from the Sunshine Coast to northern NSW.
