If you love to have fun, be young at heart, can have fun singing and being light hearted, then we have a special position for you. Genovation is a not for profit family organisation that understands disability. We have over 20 years of industry professional experience, but what sets us apart is our personal lived experience. Two of our board members are mums of young adults with significant disabilities and many of our staff also have lived experience. We value inclusion for our participants in our local communities and enjoy being out and about having fun making meaningful connections with local businesses. Every week our young adults take trips into the city, to Wollongong, Penrith and many other areas. Tuesdays we go to hydrotherapy, Wednesdays are going to the gym, followed by social lunch at a park. Thursdays are shopping and cooking in our Hub and Fridays are a friendship communication focus day. We are looking for volunteers to be a part of our Young Adult Enrichment Program helping our staff and participants to be actively engaged in our activities.
