Centacare’s Housing First Support Service supports people who are sleeping rough in Geraldton. We are working in collaboration to end homelessness by: Providing intensive wrap around case management Providing assertive outreach to people experiencing homelessness and sleeping rough, including washing machines and a shower. Participating in the rough sleeper coordination group facilitated by the WA Alliance to End Homelessness. Using up to date data to assess and advocate for our most vulnerable community members experiencing homelessness.
