Women’s Welfare Australia is a non-profit organisation that supports the settlement of migrant and refugee women and youth residing in NSW. We aim to alleviate the suffering, misfortune, helplessness, distress and poverty facing some newly arrived migrants and refugees by providing unique, culturally appropriate services. We are focused on establishing a sense of belonging and support networks, strengthening mental health and well-being and providing a safe environment for refugee and migrant women and youth to thrive, learn, settle and connect. We also offer access and programs to the essential tools and support services required for their smooth integration and successful settlement into society. We are dedicated to improving the settlement experience of refugee and migrant women and youth and advancing an Australia where they have equal opportunities to live, work and play.
