We aim to achieve our mission through outreach teams attending monthly outreaches in several key capital cities. Help those experiencing homelessness by reconnecting humanity. We strive to provide recognition and functional care to people experiencing homelessness, to educate and raise awareness amongst broader society and be a platform that creates change through connection.
