Benalla is fortunate to have a vibrant volunteer community. Many of the services that operate across Benalla Rural City wouldn't be possible without the support and effort of volunteers. We engage more than 450 volunteers in many roles and programs, including aged and disability services, youth programs, arts and cultural programs, tourism, parks and outdoor services, community events and specialist committees.
