As a training, mentoring and consultancy organisation, we work together with others to strengthen communities of all shapes and sizes, creating spaces where all people feel welcome and included for who they are. Inclusion Solutions is working alongside its sister organisation, Inclusion WA on the Industry Mentors in Employment (IMinE) project. Our aim is to improve the employment outcomes of people with disabilities through connecting them with mentors who have real industry experience and connections who can coach them, improve their skills and advocate for them in the industry as part of their employment journey. We are searching for individuals who wish to connect with a person with a disability and share their networks and experience to aid them on their employment journey.
