Broome Circle

Broome Circle stands for Broome Community Information Resource Centre and Learning Exchange. The Centre was founded in 1988 by a volunteer group who believed Broome needed a place where all members of the community would feel welcome, be able to attend courses and share information. The Centre continues to maintain these ideals, however it has further developed in the area of family support and financial counselling. Broome Circle now offers a range of programs, events and activities to aid in parenting, social networking, school holiday activities and after school activities for children. A crèche is available for most of the activities offered. At Broome Circle, we offer free Financial Counselling, Drug and Alcohol counselling, as well as Family Counselling. As a non-profit organisation, the Centre has a community based Management Committee comprising of volunteers. Broome Circle welcomes any volunteers wishing to join the committee, to facilitate family orientated courses or to help with fundraising activities.
