The community garden is a place where community members come together to grow fresh food, to learn, relax and make new friends. Sustainability workshops in composting, worm farming, grafting, propagation are conducted. Students from pre-primary to tertiary visit the garden. Excess produce is provided to Foodbank, the Women's Refuge and the Youth Hostel. The garden is visited by seniors and other community groups such as migrant and mental health groups.
