NGWFC are the premier soccer club in the Geelong region. We are a community-minded club grounded by the principles of fairness, safety, responsibility, respect and integrity. We are committed to fostering a professional culture embedded in a love for the game. NGWFC are governed by a volunteer committee of management, and operated by various sub-committees. As a volunteer-led organisation, our people are the heart of our culture. We believe in the ethos "One North". Every element of our organisation is vital to the success of the others; with this in mind we welcome volunteers with open arms and bring them into our community.
