IC Care (Inclusive Community Care) is a small not for profit community organisation located in the heart of the Wollondilly. There are two sites located in Picton and Camden. We support frail older people (aged 65 years and over; 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and who require assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community. IC Care (Inclusive Community Care) aims to connect people who identify as rural, remote and/or socially isolated to services.
