About Nexus Primary Health The Nexus story began in 1981 with a small community health service employing a physiotherapist and the district nurse. Today we are a fully integrated primary health service with over 300 employees. Nexus Primary Health provides a range of services to help people prevent, manage, or treat their health and well-being needs. We are a one-stop shop for cost-effective healthcare services.
