Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Mary Valley Rattler. Whether you would like to work within a heritage environment, support the operation of our unique steam locomotives or help others to enjoy their railway experience, we would love to have you join us. We provide a 5 day, Wednesday to Sunday, fully operational heritage rail experience, licensed cafe and retail department. Volunteering opportunities are offered across 7 days in rail workshop and track, on train guest experience, hospitality and customer service.
