The Place is a non-profit, social enterprise that supports active community development and capacity building. The founding principles of the organisation as a resource and avenue for local community development is at its core, the fundamental social purpose of our organisation – we exist to make people’s lives better in our wider community. The Place supports our diverse community to connect, share, learn and strengthen by anticipating and responding to our community's evolving needs and encouraging community-led participation.
