Breathe Easies is a chair-based exercise program designed for people who are frail or have limited ability to exercise. This weekly program involves a combination of gentle exercise to music, strength training, relaxation and activities promoting mobility and independence.
We are looking for someone to facilitate a Mens Discussion Group. You will need to be available from 9am - Midday on Wednesday mornings. Topics could include Current affairs and reminiscing about our past, or discussing videos. You will be required to provide support for these group, assist with morning tea during the session and to undertake some research to aid the discussion.
At You Matter, we create welcoming styled homes using great quality second hand and new items donated by the community. We use these donated items to provide the gift of a fully functioning home for victims of domestic violence. We require volunteers to collect furniture and household items from the public in a team of at least two and deliver to a central location.
