As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by participating in various activities such as event planning, fundraising, administrative support, and most importantly, mentoring.

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, all volunteers will be required to attend an orientation where you will become familiar with Peel Connects' mission, values, and policies, as well as the important role that volunteers hold in supporting our programs and services.

Working closely with our Volunteer Coordinator and other staff members, you will have the opportunity to identify areas where your skills and expertise can best support our organization's mission and programs.

Moreover, as a Mentor, you will have the privilege of serving as a guide and role model to our clients, providing them with valuable guidance, support, and encouragement to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
