A new Secretary is required. Duties of the position include: receiving incoming, and outgoing correspondence (including emails), minutes of meetings, typing newsletters, and letters, updating spreadsheets, general filing, reception, and funding applications. Computer literacy is a must, use of Microsoft suite of applications such as Word and Excel. The candidate chosen will also need very good written and verbal communication skills. An interest in history is preferred, as well as someone who can help at Society events.
