Our Family Ambassadors Nedlands provide a warm and friendly welcome to all families and visitors to our home away from home.

Your role may include:

Welcome families/visitors in to the house. Sign visitors in and out of the Gallagher system. Notify staff members of visitors. Escort families to Family Liaison Officers Assist families with their luggage. Provide refreshments for families/visitors. Assist with any general family queries e.g. Local restaurants, taxi. Admin support. Assist with conference room functions e.g. General set up, welcoming delegates. Kitchen inductions and house orientations. Assist with directions to hospital/local amenities. Manage our Fabbie Cabbie (transport) bookings.
