Supported by the City of Swan, and organised by a voluntary group of young people - the Hyper Fest Team [that’s you] - Hyper is a major festival series of art & music held in Central Midland. The Hyper Fest is run by one full time staff member and additional contract staff who work out of Hyper HQ at Midland Junction Arts Centre.
