Cancer Council NT is a non-government, not-for-profit charitable organisation with a mission to reduce the impact of cancer on all Territorians. Cancer Council NT conducts a range of activities including promotion of cancer prevention and early detection programs, provision of cancer supportive care services as well as a targeted advocacy program. We also conduct fundraising events, both national events and local community events to assist in funding our programs. We participate in traditional, electronic and social media to engage with our community. The values underpinning our work are honesty, integrity, equity and effectiveness, independence, transparency and accountability.
