Breakthrough Mentoring Program - Provide mentors who are able to use their own employment experience and networks, with young people, with an aim of supporting them in sourcing work experience, training opportunities or ongoing employment. Pivot - community-led initiative that addresses offending behaviour and recidivism by young people. Young people receive a Pivot ‘advocate’ to provide intensive case management support to both them and their families to address risk factors for offending. Homeless Youth Assistance Program - provides outreach-based case management and brief intervention support for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Community Integration Program - link children or young person in residential care into local sports clubs, dance classes, art clubs and more by providing a positive mentor. These links create connections between the young people and their community to reduce isolation and disconnection by increasing social skills and confidence.
