The Highlands District Cricket Association (HDCA) is the not-for-profit organisation responsible for the governance, development, promotion and administration of Cricket within the Southern Highlands of NSW. As a board, we strive to serve local cricket and our participants by creating a positive experience in any role they choose, be it playing, umpiring, scoring, administration, coaching or another form of volunteering.
