Inclusive Innovations Tasmania™ (IIT) is a commercially driven, human-centered, leadership organisation with a vision to develop our state’s inclusive culture, intent and brand. IIT will deliver innovative consultancies, facilitate positive leadership and realise strategic activations – at grassroots, sector, government and corporate levels. IIT is a not-for-profit company (LBDG). The Directors are committed multi-skilled professionals, all with relevant life experiences and divergent, inclusive thinking in their DNA. Our purpose is to work passionately in the service of all Tasmanians, improving lives by educating, innovating and mainstreaming ideas that empower and create broad accessibility across our social fabric and diverse population. IIT will develop and deepen inclusive attitudes and our state’s human capacity. It will harness that capital through methods not currently offered to the level required to achieve future social and economic benefits.
