Biala is an Early Childhood Early Intervention Service and a registered provider of NDIS and Medicare staffed by a large and expanding team of therapists and educators. We work across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounds operating six days a week (Mon-Sat) in person and also offer a whole range of our services online. Our team works in creative and flexible ways which focus on the goals our clients have for their children and their families. The way we work is alongside families in a partnership model. Our team can work in homes and community environments, including early education and care settings and schools and 'everyday' places. We love working in the places that are meaningful to the child & the child’s family. Our 'north star' at Biala is to help children feel like they belong and are connected to family and community life. Belonging and connecting are key drivers for achieving learning and development outcomes for children. Our Biala HQ in Mornington is a multipurpose, licensed children's service where we offer therapy support, diverse group programs and some free to access groups and services available for Biala families, such as Sibs Club, Mum & Dad groups, weekend sport programs and counselling. We pride ourselves on our HQ being a supportive and relaxing place for children and families to come to and feel accepted. The way in which we work is what international evidence supports as the most effective way of achieving outcomes.
