Our Place works with schools to expand the opportunities open to children and families in highly disadvantaged communities. The Colman Foundation has developed a model – “Our Place” – that embodies pride in place, excellence in practice and ownership in outcomes. We bring together the resources children and families need to thrive – integrating high quality early learning, effective schooling, health and community services, and adult education, training and employment support in ways that meet the needs and help fulfil the aspirations of the community.
