Eltham Community Foundation (ECF) is a community organisation based in the village of Eltham, NSW. Presently, our most immediate task is to save our unique Railway Cottage from demolition and to help fund this work we run the Eltham Film Nights. Our ultimate goal is to use the Cottage as a district museum-archive. We are a small but energetic team of volunteers that have a wide variety of backgrounds and various levels of experiences.
