EACH Tasmania is in its fifth year and supports older adults to retain and/or improve their interdependence and to remain living in their own homes. This is done through 5 programs run across 2 sites - Devonport and Lenah Valley including social activity groups, home care package provision, community involvement, transport, event delivery, and luncheons.
