Southside Community Care Inc. is a non profit community organisation and has been assisting disadvantaged families for 35 years. Our main focus is supporting and housing homeless families, although we do offer some other services to assist people in the community. We are supported by the Department of Housing and Public Works to employ two workers and are provided with 16 properties to assist homeless families under the Crisis Accommodation Assistance program. We also own four properties to offer affordable accommodation to some tenants exiting our homeless service. Our Mission Statement Southside Community Care Inc seeks to provide a service which makes a positive difference in the area of homelessness. Southside Community Care Inc provides a holistic response to families and individuals who are housed and supported through the organisation.
