Waratah Lodge is a small 18 bed residential aged care facility located in the town of Wagin. All of our residents come from Wagin or one of the surrounding communities which enables them to maintain contacted with their families and friends. These same people are regular visitors to the home and support the various activities and outings that we have. They are also quick to support any fundraising efforts or busy bees that will improve the facility in any way. Our residents remain part of their community by participating in community events and shopping locally We have accreditation through the Aged Care Quality Agency and receive funding through Australian Government Department of Health We have recently been named finalists in the 'Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award' as part of the 2017 Regional Achievement and Community Awards Waratah Lodge is lovely place to live and work
