Zahra Foundation supports women and children affected by domestic and family violence with a focus on financial abuse and disadvantage most often experienced as a result of domestic violence. We do this through developing and delivering programs that support the economic empowerment of women. We also distribute small grants that support women with the costs of education or employment. We recognise that creating pathways for women into further education and employment will provide them with the opportunity to build their capacity to break the cycle of violence and abuse in their lives. Zahra Foundation relies on support from the business and community sectors to continue the important work we do.
