Vision Australia Radio is a broadcasting station for the blind, vision impaired and/or print handicapped. The Vision Australia Radio Network incorporates nine community radio stations across Victoria, southern New South Wales, Adelaide and now Perth. We offer a range of interesting and informative programs including readings from newspapers, magazines and books, interview and a bit of light entertainment as well. With specialist programs on new technology, gardening, finance, travel, wine and food, the arts, and expert presenters, you're sure to find something of interest. Start your day with The Morning Paper Round, readings from The Age and Herald-Sun, from 7.00 am Monday to Friday, and for sporting fans, don't miss Vision Sports, on Saturdays from 11.00 am. Our regional stations take a large part of their programming from Melbourne, but they break away for a number of hours each day with readings from their local newspapers, and other programs of interest to their local community. We are continually getting feedback from our volunteers and listeners, and your ideas and comments help us develop new programs and improve our service. We're always happy to hear your opinions so please, call our comment line on (03) 9864 9366 any time of day or night, or send us an email. Vision Australia Radio is a licenced community broadcaster and operate in accordance with the Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice and RPH Protocols.
