That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. Companion Shopping is an invaluable service which matches volunteers with elderly clients who need assistance with transport to the shops and help with their shopping. Volunteers spend two hours a fortnight with their client, and often build a friendly relationship with each other. This service is vital in assisting people to remain living independently at home for as long as possible as it provides an opportunity to go shopping, and also enjoy much needed social interaction.
