Crossroads builds capacity for adults living with a disability by offering various activities and opportunities to make new friends. The program operates on most Fridays of the year except public holidays and is closed for a couple of Fridays each term during school holidays.

If you are available on Friday mornings (weekly or fortnightly) for 1.5 to 2 hours to assist with setting up the community hall and courtyard prior to the program start with tables, chairs, desks, bbq, bollards, flags, etc. for around 150 attendants, we would love to hear from you.

The set up usually takes 1.5 hours (6 - 7.30 am) and for occasional special events 2 hours (6 - 8 am), unless we have extra help.

We are looking for volunteers who are able to carry out physical work including

• lifting chairs and tables,
• pushing check-in desks and trolleys with bollards and flags,
• operating table and chair stacking trolleys,
• setting up bollards,
• assembling flags.
