Volunteer Coordinator

Key duties: - work with the Community and Events Manager to:
- liaise with our large student member base regarding volunteer opportunities.
- assist draft basic position descriptions for volunteer roles within our organisation.
- coordinate the communications between our students and the volunteer opportunities.
- coordinate the list of volunteers and duties for our national event.
Skills and Experience:
- good administrative skills - able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- be organised and keep work in an orderly manner for collaboration with team members.
- be people-centred - enjoy working with people, polite and have a mindset of 'helpfulness'
- HR qualifications preferred, but not essential, especially if you have had experience coordinating people on projects/events etc
Organisational Background We are a small NFP / Charity. We have been running since 2000 in Australia and 1975 Globally.
