Our Volunteers are fully inducted and supported in their role.

Key Duties and Role Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with all Carers and Disability Link Workers to ensure a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

Engage with Customers to provide an excellent customer experience

Work as part of a diverse and inclusive team

Point of sale

Pack purchases

Manage monies and balancing float

Re-stock shop floor including display and merchandising

Stock preparation including sorting donations, cleaning, steaming and pricing

Store presentation including tidying, dusting, and cleaning
