Willingness to learn about other services available to support clients and develop skills for appropriate referral. Ability to comprehend and comply with relevant policies and procedures. Provision of a customer focused service to our Emergency Relief clients. Accurate updating and maintenance of client information where needed, in accordance with program guidelines and privacy and confidentiality.
