• Assist with pre-match preparations, such as setting up equipment, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies, and organizing match-related materials.

• Help coordinate and manage match schedules, including fixture arrangements, kick-off times, and pitch allocations.

• Assist in the coordination of team arrivals, ensuring that players, coaches, and officials are greeted and directed to the appropriate areas.

• Provide information and assistance to spectators, answering queries, directing them to facilities, and promoting a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

• Help manage the safety and security of the venue during matches, reporting any incidents or concerns to the designated personnel.

-Assist in the canteen when required.

• Contribute to post-match tasks, including equipment collection, clean-up, and assisting with the overall closing of the facility.
