The overall aim of Caboolture U3A is to provide its members with the stimulus of mental and physical activity, as well as the satisfaction of keeping pace and continual lifelong learning in today’s society. Members take up new interests and extend old ones. The joy of learning for the sake of learning opens up new horizons - unrestricted by the requirements of vocation or the desire for qualifications and does so principally by drawing upon the extensive life experiences, skills and energies of its members. U3A is a mutual aid, self-help movement - a modern community of scholars, catering primarily for people in the Third Age of their lives.
