As the peak body for homebirth in Australia, for over 30 years we have worked to support consumers and midwives who choose homebirth. Homebirth Australia maintains a map of homebirth midwives and publicly funded homebirth services; advocates for increased access to homebirth at both local and national levels; and convenes an annual conference.
