Australian Animal Rescue Incorporated (AAR) is a volunteer-run, non-profit registered charity. Established in 2009 after the Black Saturday Bushfires, a small group of dedicated volunteers spent 3 months rescuing wildlife and providing food and supplies to people and animals. AAR specialises, not only in wildlife animals, but also domestic animal rescues and adoptions. AAR operates 7 days a week and provides animal rescue and information services throughout Victoria.
