As an English Teacher Volunteer, you will be providing a training programme online, empowering migrant and refugee women by teaching them conversational English.
As a Computer Literacy Teacher, you will be working in the SisterWorks training room, empowering women by teaching digital skills on-site and/or online.

To support the SisterWorks team, in particular the Dandenong Hub Manager and People & Culture Officer, with the management of databases of volunteer information to ensure our volunteer related systems (primarily Infoodle), onboarding, offboarding processes are maintained diligently and accurately. It is important to capture the right people data to ensure that we provide meaningful metrics and insights to the our people within SisterWorks .
Our Community Shed is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support people of various capabilities to learn and engage in basic woodwork, carpentry and other activities.
Located in the heart of Dandenong, the purpose of this role is to interview potential volunteers and make appropriate referrals to organisations who are seeking those volunteers. You should enjoy communicating and meeting with new people, have basic interviewing skills, and intermediate computer skills.

The Administrative Assistant Volunteer is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Vocational & Empowerment Pathways Program at the Refugee Resource Hub (powered by the ASRC). The volunteer will update and maintain the Employment database, spreadsheets and conduct relevant pre-employment checks for program participants.

Volunteers are vital to helping eligible migrants and refugees practice English, learn about the Australian way of life and connect to the local community.
