We are looking for dependable volunteers to join our team and assist in operating the Op Shop Saturday 10-3. We need enthusiastic individuals committed to delivering outstanding customer service, organising merchandise, and handling tasks such as stock unpacking, pricing, and preparing items for sale. Full training provided, looking for long-term volunteers who's like a weekly shift or two. We're Centrelink Approved!
When volunteering with us, you are able to get involved with all the behind the scenes processes, involved in running the Save the Children Op Shops and be involed with the community through engaging with the customers. We have a wonderful team of like minded people. By volunteering with ABA you can make a difference to mothers, babies, families and communities. Help support breastfeeding mothers, promote breastfeeding and educate our community by undertaking one of the tasks or roles within the Association. Whatever your capacity, there is sure to be a role for you. Volunteering with ABA can fit in with life’s many commitments. There are a variety of positions available. Volunteers must live in the South West of WA.
Volunteer Home Visiting aims to empower families and enhance their social inclusion through building their confidence and connection to their community with the support and companionship of a volunteer. Families are based across the Gold Coast and matching is based on volunteers' location and family/carers interests, availability and experience and the goals identified by the family. A Volunteer is matched to provide support one visit per week for 2 hours, over a minimum 6-month period.
